- All renters must be at least 25 years of age
- 8 guests maximum
- No pets
- No events or parties
- No candles or open flames allowed inside cottage
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the cottage
- Renter understands there is no generator on site in the unlikely event of power loss.
